I am a Principal Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting young people and families improve their mental health and emotional well-being.

I am a mum of seven boys, and it is a privilege to do the work that I do.

I understand that every family is unique and brings individual strengths, challenges and demands.  It is very important that this is understood, valued and integrated into the work we do, and all support offered is tailored to your exact needs.

I work to ensure that therapy is a safe place where you can open-up without fear of judgement and where your contributions are valued. I use a range of evidence-based therapies and psychological research to help you better understand the difficulties you might be facing and support you to make positive, proactive change.

I meet all the standards of proficiency to be fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Psychologist Ref: PYL27074
